14-Pin DFB Butterfly Laser Sources are available in a wide range of wavelengths, including:
Telecom windows around 1.3 µm: 1270 nm, 1290 nm, 1310 nm, 1330 nm, etc.
Telecom windows around 1.55 µm: 1550 nm ± 5 nm (and nearby ITU-grid channels).
Industrial / LIDAR / seed wavelengths: 1064 nm, 1080 nm, 1390 nm, 1490 nm, 1610 nm, among others.
Generally speaking, we can cover roughly 1000 – 1650 nm and will bin or customize any specific wavelength within this span on request.
